Terms of Service

By accessing or using wellkeptcleaner.com, requesting an estimate, scheduling a cleaning, or otherwise engaging WellKept ("we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services. We may update these terms from time to time; the most recent version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.

WellKept provides post-construction cleaning services for luxury home builders and property professionals in Utah, including debris removal, surface detailing, glass and fixture polishing, floor care, window cleaning, and punch-out inspection passes. Service scope for each job is defined in the estimate or work order you approve. Any work outside that approved scope requires written change authorization and may be billed additionally.

Estimates provided through our quote form, instant quote modal, or estimator tool are approximations based on the information you share and may differ from the final price after an on-site or in-person assessment. A final quote is confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement, payment terms and due dates are as listed on your invoice.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the job site and to disclose any hazards, fragile surfaces, security requirements, or scheduling constraints before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed hazards, or conditions beyond our control. Pets, occupants, and other trades should be coordinated with us in advance to keep the site safe and the finish clean.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the WellKept mark, and software — is the property of WellKept or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Reference to our project documentation and photos is permitted for your own internal record-keeping.

We stand behind our work. If a cleaning item covered in your approved scope is not completed to standard, notify us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover conditions that arise after our team leaves the site, ordinary wear, or items excluded from the approved scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellKept's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal remedies.
