Luxury builders
deserve a clean finish.
Luxury builders trust WellKept to close out the final phase — clean, documented, and ready before the keys change hands.
Six points. Every job.
No exceptions.
Our cleaning protocol isn't a checklist — it's a standard of care. Each point is inspected and documented before the home is handed over. Your buyer receives a home that was cleaned with the same discipline it was built.
Rough Construction Debris Removal
Drywall dust, wood shavings, caulk overruns, tape residue — removed before detail work begins.
Detail-Clean of All Surfaces
Countertops, cabinetry interiors and faces, trim, baseboards, window sills, and ledges cleaned to contact.
Glass & Fixture Polish
All glass surfaces, mirrors, and hardware polished streak-free using appropriate chemistry for each material.
Floor Care by Surface Type
Hardwood, tile grout lines, natural stone, and carpet treated with material-specific methods. No cross-contamination.
Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior glass cleaned streak-free — frames, sills, and tracks detailed. Final light test confirms clarity before sign-off.
Touch-Up & Punchout Inspection
A secondary pass through every room identifying any missed areas, handprints, or smudges before sign-off.
The finish phase
deserves a specialist.
A buyer's first impression of a home is shaped in the final hours before delivery. That moment belongs to us. We take it seriously.
Material literacy
We know what's on the floor before we touch it. Quartzite, leathered marble, wide-plank white oak, large-format porcelain — each surface gets the chemistry and method it requires. We don't use the same product everywhere.
Trained crews, not day labor
Every WellKept technician completes our post-construction protocol before their first solo job. Crew composition, equipment, and chemicals are controlled per project type — not improvised on-site.
Documented every time
Every job is documented with a detailed checklist signed off by our lead technician. That record protects you if a buyer raises a concern six weeks later — you have timestamped evidence of the condition at close.
Builder-only client base
We don't do recurring residential cleaning. Post-construction is our only discipline. That focus means our crews arrive knowing how to work alongside your PM team, around your close schedule, inside an active job site.

Zero residue on hardware, cabinetry faces, and natural quartzite.

Every build is unique, but our disciplined material-specific rates give project managers predictability before the punch list begins.

Trusted by Utah's premier luxury builders.
"WellKept is the only post-construction cleaner we allow on our finishes. When you're handing over a $4M home in Promontory, you cannot have tape residue or drywall haze on dark walnut cabinetry. They show up on time and leave the home ready for immediate furniture move-in."
"Our superintendents love their documentation. The timestamped photo checklist protects us from subcontractor finger-pointing if something comes up post-close. 98% on-time completion isn't a marketing claim—they hit our deadlines every single week."
"Most cleaners use the same harsh multipurpose cleaner on everything and destroy honed marble. WellKept understands surface chemistry. Their crew treats our quartzite, leathered stone, and custom white oak floors with absolute precision."
"Having a dedicated post-construction specialist makes all the difference. They don't do maid services—they speak our language, wear proper PPE, coordinate seamlessly with our PMs, and make the closing walk-through effortless."
