Final clean
The detail pass. This is where the home stops looking like a job site and starts looking like a finished home. Surfaces are cleaned to contact, glass and fixtures are polished streak-free, floors get material-specific care, and windows are done inside and out — all finished with a signed inspection report.
The final clean covers the detail points of the WellKept standard — the work that makes a home read clean at the buyer walk-through.
The final clean is the phase buyers actually see. It's where material literacy matters most: quartzite, leathered marble, wide-plank white oak, and large-format porcelain each get the chemistry and method they require — we don't use the same product everywhere. That's what protects the finishes your buyers are paying for.
Glass and fixtures are polished streak-free with chemistry matched to each material, and floor care is done by surface type — hardwood, tile grout lines, natural stone, and carpet treated with material-specific methods, with no cross-contamination. Windows are cleaned inside and out, with frames, sills, and tracks detailed and a final light test confirming clarity before sign-off.
