The turnkey package is built for closes that can't afford a gap between phases. Because one crew owns the whole finish phase, there's no handoff between companies, no re-walking the scope, and no re-explaining the site. The rough clean sets up the final, the final sets up the touch-up, and the touch-up is where the inspection report is signed.
It's also the most cost-effective way to run the full standard. The per-square-foot rate in our estimator for the multi-phase package sits above a single final clean but below booking each phase separately — and you get one timestamped record covering the entire sequence rather than three separate ones.
Rough construction clean
Drywall dust, wood shavings, caulk overruns, and tape residue removed before the detail work begins.
Final white-glove clean
Surfaces cleaned to contact, glass and fixtures polished, material-specific floor care, and windows inside and out.
Touch-up & punch-out inspection
